Hi guys AOR JULY 23 CEC INLAND- first time spoke with IRCC regarding application Info they provided - Eligibility and security not started yet. Criminality in progress. Biometrics update on profile to show complete is done manually not automatically so when the agent updates it - it shows then Is my application in good progress?? Please advise

It is only when you pass eligibility you can say your application is in good progress. That is the most important aspect that determines if you will receive PR.

Most people in same situation. All we can do is wait

Can you please specify where did you get this information? As far as I know, biometrics have nothing to do with eligibility, but with background check.

Sorry, I thought you wanted to know at what stage your application will most likely guarantee you PR.
