It might be just me, but it sounds as if the OP went back with his wife with the sole purpose of gaining his PR then attempting to sponsor his g/f and child to Canada. It sounds as if that has now backfired because the child was not declared in the initial application, therefore has been forever excluded from the family class. Getting PR in 2010 and then visiting his girl / child in 2011, yeah, that doesn't sound suspicious at all ...
If I were him, I would head on back to the Phillipines and be with my girl and child. Then I would voluntarily relinquish my PR and try to immigrate through another channel that could include my family.
