Do we have to attach the refusal letter while reapplying, I am about to send my application to cio kindly advice please and i have ticked yes for the option which says if my application got refused before.

Your application was refused at CIO or local office?
In both cases, YES, do attach refusal letter. I was reading an other post where applicant got request from CIO Sydney that in case resubmitting, attach the refusal letter.
