Just wondering is this normal? It says processing time is 19 months.
But not receiving anything after Jan.
Can someone share his/her time line for me?

I have the same timeline as you. I am still waiting too. You can call CIC to find out what is your local office. Mine was Scarborough now St.Claire, next time I call it will be somewhere else ha ha ha..they often give different information whenever I call. In fact, I just called CIC and could not get through :-(.
