I am not too sure how you do that in your case as you applied online. For me, I recieved an email saying my application is being processed at NewDelhi VAC office. Additionally, I checked on VFS using tracking no, it shows there too.

I applied on Feb 4th for May 2020 intake under SDS Category, online with an upfront medical from India and its getting delayed for me as well, on my 7th week now. Medical passed and bio-metrics was done in the first week itself. Application is stuck in CPC Edmonton.
