APPLICATION submitted / IN PROGRESS FOR 3 MONTHS NOW

Hello,

My background check has been UNDER PROCESS for more than 2 months now. I Applied for EE inland.

Below is little snap shot of timeline:


27 Apr -- Application received
24 may -- Medical Passed
24 May - Back ground in process
CHECKED yesterday -- Biometrics not needed.-- not sure if this field got updated -- no email received tho.

IS it ussual for this long for the PPR ??? or do i need to wait more..??? any inputs..????

Anything with 6 months after AOR is reasonable. It was faster early this year. But the trend seems this process has slown down already. You should be able to see something by end of August.

Hello everyone,

I am in the same loop, as its been 4 months since i received AOR.

Actually at the time of my e-apr my wife was pregnant. Later on, we intimated IRCC about this then we have appleid upfront medical which was done with safety. However, on 29th June i have become dad of a little angel (my first child) Since then I was busy in completing all the documents required for her to upload. Everything has been done except passport which i will be receiving by tomorrow hopefully.

Do you guys think this is the reason I have not heard anything from there end?
