application status

I have a question about checking my wife's work permit application status on CIC.

Now my CIC application status shows:
Application Status Closed
A final decision has been reached- this application has been approved

I've took time for one month on this status.She applied online.

Is that means her application has been approved, and just wait for the mail from CIC?
She never receive there approve letter.
Can she enter in Canada?

I have the same problem with my mother's Super Visa Application. It's been 2 months now and we haven't received yet any updates or instructions from her MYCIC account on how to get her approved super visa. We hope someone can help us on this. Thank you.
