application status says COMPLETED!? confused

I applied for citizenship replacement card. they received my application on March 10, 2014.
They started processing my application on March 26, 2014.

Then when i checked my application status it said that they send my certificate on March 30, 2014.

i am so confused because they said that the average processing time is to 6 months.

does it mean something went wrong with my application?

please help

Completed = everything is done and this is a good thing!
