Application status for FSWP

Hello Folks

I have joined this forum today.And i have submitted the application via Fedex 1 week back with the help of this forum without the consultants . And the application is received by the CIC
Now since i have submitted how can i track the status, since i have not got any acknowledgement from CIC yet.
