Please i nees help on how else to proceed. I am not able to view my application online. Aor sept 27 up till now no changes and all of a sudden all my application status dissapeared. Its been like that for about 8days now all my effort to reach the crcc was unsuccessful. Any idea how to proceed?

Thanks for your suggestion, I have done that and still no changes and it has been almost two weeks now.
It'll take some time, the technician needs time to work and fix and then send you an email. If you don't want to wait any longer, give them a call.
