Application Status confusion

Has anyone got this status before:

Eligibility: Not Started
Medical: Passed
Background Check: Completed

I am confused, how can eligibility not start and Background check completed?

Please advise.

same for me.
AOR: 15 fev

i have on my teacker

elligibility COMPLETED (but looks in progress on my EE profile soI don’t understand)
Medical PASSED for me and in progress for my friend
Background NOT STARTED

background is security and takes a long time I think ?

Hear me out. I know you're anxious about the entire process, we're all in the same boat. What our fellow applicants are trying to tell you is that as long as you re in the 6-month time frame, there is no reason for you to overanalyze every little detail that gets updated in your application. If you do get PPR before the 6-month mark, which is very likely, mazeltov! But not getting it that soon is NOT something you should be concerned about. Good luck to us all

Hi yes, this is from the new portal. Eligibility check is not started.

So if Background check completed. What is now left to process? This status since Jan end.

AOR May 15th my eligibility is under Review required for not able to verify Canadian employer online presence - i gave all T4, pay stubs too.

before Yesterday my Security was not started but yesterday they passed my Security and criminality but still eligibility is under review required per IRCC agent so I am confuse How come they passed security before passing eligibility???

is that something happens as trend is usually eligibility gets completed and then security starts in my case its opposite.

or it might be possible agent wont see status change till senior officer finalizes my application that when eligibility gets changed to passed?
