Hello, the answer is in what you quoted. if your degree is canadian, you are not required to complete an ECA. (since what's required for immigration is your highest degree, and it's canadian, you should be fine)

right, the real estate market is crazy in ON/BC. BC's weather is top 1, but city life isn't the same as in ON, but then again, depends on what you're looking for. Calgary does seem like a good option, all in all. or maybe Ottawa, as @Daren2023 mentioned.

both of you applying at the same time doesn't mean that you will automatically have an identical timeline. your progress is great, as stated previously. you should just chill and have faith :)

well, it does sound pretty early for an AOR on feb 15th, but given the current trend, I wouldn't be surprised if you get PPR in the next few days/weeks.
