Yes you can re-apply for LSBF if you want too.

But first make sure few things:

1. LSBF is a private college which is not registered as well under Canada approved colleges yes who allow you to work 20hours legally.

2. You wont be able to gain PR after completing your studies.

Finance is the biggest issue for all.

If you give me roughly idea how much you have than might I give you better option.
