Total Time Frame? When should I apply for visa if I am going in Summer 2012
Bank Statement? What should be the total amount ? It should be in my name of any family member? Joint account is OK or not? Do they require Tax Documents too?

Medical Requirement? How detailed medical exam is, Do they check each and everthing or only General Physical? I am concerned about medical and it can create problem for me if they check each and everything because I was denied into Pak Army based on Medical condition.
What are the chances of approval or deniel if I have a year of study Gap and going in undergrad

Apply three to four months before the start of classes.
Finance- you need 1st year tuition + 10000c$(for expenses)+ 3000c$ for tickets you can use any account but do show the source of income if someone sponsor u then u will need the affidavit also. tax documents are a huge plus point so don't miss them
Medical includes chest xray + blood & urine test + general physical checkup so don't worry
Try to fill the gap with some job experience letter if u can

As'salam Alikum,

Following are the replies of your queries:

1. The best time for September intake is " March 15 onwards and before 15th May maximum"

2. Bank Statement " I prefer bank statement on your parents name and if you have joint a/c it's not an issue"
MINIMUM BANK STATEMENT = 1year Education Fee +12,000$CND Living expenses + 3,000$ Save side
Rest is your own choice how much you can show but don't show excess although you have but when your filling form fill how much is available for your education purpose. If you have tax documents send there copies

3. Medical is general don't compare it with army medical test. Mainly they are concern about your T.B result only

4. One year gap is not a big deal you can say your result is awaited than you apply for higher studies as well but if you can arrange any company letterhead just got a 6month internship letter from it.
