tabish applied on 25th aug for ontario and waiting still for medical calll please let me know should i deffer my january session to may intake 2012? coz i havnt got medical clal uptill now when would my medical call is expected any idea please also share my case to keep everyone update.

Nope . . . .

I applied on 11.06.11 for visa . . and on my letter of acceptance it was mention that the LOA will expire on 16th August 2011 and on the next box was mention that student can join for the course not late than 22 September 2011 but the VO just highlight that part and he doesn't boughter to read what's written in next box . . . and just issue a refusal letter as your LOA is expire during the processing time we can't issue you visa right now . . but on the other side around 6 applicants applied for same college with same LOA same expiry date only 4 got medical call and 2 refusal reason was same . . .

I guess that was not right time for me to land so I try again . . As expert advice it's not a big refusal reason you better try again and Inshallah you get this time . . .

Tabish if you have applied for Ontario province . . Processing time this session is hell slow don't know why but it is

You don't need to defer your session until CHC ISB ask you to do so.

There almost 6 applicants including you who have cross 10week processing time and haven't receive medical call yet. Furthermore, only one applicant for Ontario got refusal.

Kindly share following information so the admin of spreadsheet update your date on it.

I am a bit curious about my application status it is almost 9 weeks and as it is mentioned on your website that processing time is 10 weeks but still i do not have any thing yet no medical examination nothing. The reason why i am emailing you again is that the deadline of my college is near i.e on 7Th of November for fee payment below you will find email i got from my college this might help you to speed up yourdecision on my case either yes or no. I will be kind and thankful to you on your prior consideration on my case .

I also got the exact email twice and now I have send them again on 22.11.11 expecting there reply tomorrow or Monday but not expecting the old crap reply anymore . .

i have also contacted on phone in admisnistration at chc islamabad but they even dont bother to listen they always repeat same lines that " sir you have to contact only by email or fax thats it we cannot tell you anything bla bla bla " i mean what should i do i dont understand its almost end of november i have to make necessary deciosns arrangement let say if i get visa by the Grace OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH i have to pay fee make other arrangement . AS FAR AS I KNOW I have only time by 20th december after that they will go on christmas and new year holidays .. my acceptance is valid till 31st of december . should i still wait for chc to ask me to defer semester or what ?

Brother processing time is 10weeks what's mention on there website . . After that what ever decision comes CHC ISB is liable for that. As far my experience who ever cross 10weeks processing time may get his visa at any cost.

For example if they took decision after December they will ask you to defer your course for next session and we are giving you approval for medical . . get it done and send a new LOA to CHC ISB
