@ramzero...Dnt hurry into Reapplying again and again ....Ur just forcing the issue my frnd .....Make ur application solid..get into a Good university or a college other Dan Ontario......apply to Biritsh Columbia ..Nova scotia or Alberta .....check out UOA...thompson river uni..simon fraiser and all...Give Ielts ..Coz bro im telling you thts a hidden requirement by CIC ..you have to send them ielts score to make ur application solid....Make experiece letter of ur own firm....Make ur bank statement solid !! and Dan reapply....Ur jsut doyn it too quickly and again and again....No need to force the issue thts my advice otherwise its upto you

My case is very similar to your's, my uncle was my sponsor and I also forget to include my family tree NADRA form in my first attempt so CHC Islamabad rejected my application and gave me the reason that my sponsor is not genuine (they didn't even bothered to check it with my uncle) After that I applied again this time with family tree but they still rejected me with the same reason, that my sponsor is not eligible to finance me.
After that I visited some well known consultants like Lalani & Associates and they explained me that since my uncle is married and have a family him self he is not eligible to sponsor me from CHC perspective, and I need to have some sold reason for him to sponsor me like if i am in nikah with his daughter then the case might be different or if he is single then the story might be different but since he got his own family he can not be my sponsor.

You see, I got 4 year of experience from a reputable company and I am a 4 Yrs graduate,BBA from IBA, and got admission letter from University of Manitoba in MSC supply chain program and shown almost 1 crore statement of my uncle, since he is a heart specialist in aga khan hospital his income is stable.

So my friend you can not show your relative statement just like that, undertaking and affiliate's have no authenticity, trust me on this since I applied the same way just as you did. These kind of statement only work if the reason is strong and even for that you need to show the proof like if you are in nikah then you have to show your nikah nama.

So my friend I am not disappointing you but your chances are slim to non.

As for me I almost lost all my hopes now, since I already applied two times and got rejection..............also there is no way for me to finance my studies and my uncle was my last hope, I have very little saving of my own (as you all may already knew the salaries structure in Pakistan is very low) so I only have 1 semester fee and I was planning to do part time jobs to cover for my studies in canada but now all my plans are ruined. :'(

I did my two years bachelors in computer science and then two years bachelors in arts and then two years masters in Economics in 2007. I used to work in Immigration and Passport and I resigned because of corrupt system. I have also served in the Embassy of Pakistan Rome Italy.
I am interested in Management course. Should I apply for MBA or post graduate diploma.
I am interested in applying in Alberta (Canada).
Please tell me which is the best consultant in Karachi. And that my own investment account can work as a Bank Statement or not.

Agreed to what ur saying ...Lets see and hope for the best....I also made my chacha my sponsor as my dad is retired and My chacha has no family though as he is divorced and has only 1 son which too is an american citizen and my chacha has a joint account with my dad...But which uncle did u make ur sponsor ??..ur paternal uncle or ur maternal uncle ???? or some other uncle?? was he ur blood Relation??.....I know my chances are slim to non but i still applied coz i got admission in UOR but i have not lost hope ENSALLAH ALLAH will do the best for me...If not this i am working here so will continue with my job.....As i told tht Canada is not the end of the world...even if i get Rejected it wudnt be a big disappointment for me as I have other plans which i have made dan i will work on them.....If i get Rejected I will try other stuff but i have decided that i wont Reapply if they reject me thts for sure.....But which uncle did u make ur sponsor ??? Chacha or mamu or sum other uncle ....Was he ur blood Relation???

I am very clear about my application .......If i get in Dan ALLAH KA SHUKER KEROO gaa And if they Reject me....I DONT have a problem....Ill persue my career here in Pakistan.....I applied to Canada for a Reason which is to get a foriegn degree on my profile....If i Dont get in ALLAH KI marzi....I wont force the issue..ALLAH will do the best for me .....Its not tht Canada if i Dunt get a canadian student visa It will the end of my plans...I applied casually for admission coz a frnd told me about it ....So All the best for the Slim to non chances .....ALLAH MALIK HAI....thr many other things which 1 can explore easily Plus another frnd of mine who applied through consultants and paid about 40k .....he told me about the documents which i need to have from my chacha .....But for a reason they can make this jsut to reject it But my chacha is my blood Relation and he has only 1 son to support but even if they make this Reason I wudnt care less.....I will look for other avenues other Dan Canada

i applied for study visa human resource certificate as i am MBA and i submitted my application of 17 September and all requirements was completed even i have very strong bank statement i have one foreign account as well and shown with application and still there is no sign of medical test date!
now can i got new job in america and i want to with draw can u guide me how (Canadian embassy)they will send me back my all documents and passport
i want to know procedure

My father's brother (Taya) was my sponsor, Anyway I just want to pinpoint you that the way you presented your case is very wrong, like I said before undertaking/affidavit have no value I don't even understand why people even bother to go for them I mean its common sense, whats the credibility of an individual undertaking, embassies/consulates only accepts proofs from government or from large organizations.

So the correct way to put case if you are planning a sponsor from relatives is to put their NADRA family tree which proofs that they are indeed your family then their liabilities and good reasons with proof that why they bother sponsoring you, after that you put their bank statement and sponsor letter only then they can be a creditable sponsor.

Anyway I discussed my case with some well known consultants, and I came on conclusion that my case is solid but money is one of the major obstacle in my visa, nowadays I am looking for ways to bypass this obstacle.....so far haven't found anything......but still.....prey for me and also I really appreciate some good advises from senior members.

Yeah your are right that The crediblity is not tht much But i have attached my Chacha's visiting card and it is on a Stamp paper which is attested by law ....So the requirements whicha re mentioned that if a sponsor is ur blood relation you can show employement proof ..Business Proof ....So its awl about luck ..Coz one my frnds whose maternal uncle tht is mamu is the sponsor got medical call 2 days back.....SO i guess its all about luck jiski naseeb mein ALLAH nae likha ho uska hojata hai .....I aint too bothered about it and i wont present family tree or shytt...I will jsut forget about applying to Canada ....Or will jsut ask my chacha to transfer funds into my account and wnt show any sponsor thts the best way .....But i will Think about tht too coz I have other options which one can exercise.......So with student visas every application is Unique and treated differently..may be with ur sponsor they were having sum douts about it ....Like my friend's medical came his mamu was his sponsor ....So no need to get disheartened .....Its all about ALLAH'S will ....If one option doesnt work for you the other does....So i have jsut applied with awl the hope and am not too excited about it....As i said Aagya tou ALLAH ka shuker ..nahi hua tou i did everything from my side perfect .....ALLAH ki marzi ...aur baut cheezain bhi hein duniya mein..Canada is not the last thing left in diz world

If you are talking about Law, Foreign embassies already knew how law system works in third world countries, I mean its not that easy to present an undertaking on stamp paper from lawyer's in foreign countries. But you know how easily you can get them here also visiting cards and letterheads, you can make as much as you want.
Anyone can sign those letter's,anyone can give undertakings and anyone can be your paternal or maternal uncle who's last name matches your's.

But records from government and huge organizations is another story...............and they can not be faked.

Anyway still I wish you luck, and I understand how much efforts it takes to make visa application, but since you make this one huge mistake I suggest you don't raise your hopes man, because it hurts alot when they rejects.

@Read or Die....I know ur right the law system here is not tht strong i agree with ur point of view .....But still for a fact i Can sue my paternal uncle in any court coz of the stamp paper he signed no matter how much the law is twisted ......I am jsut telling you how the law works.....Plus you are right on tht part tht one can easily get letter heads....visiting cards.......But No one can get the NIC card and Passport photopage of tht person and no one can get Join bank account statement .....How on earth Can my dad have a joint Bank account with a person with similar surname......lolz....It will be ridiculious if they Reject me on the basis of not genuine Sponsor ......I had the option of having a Canadian sponsor letter as well But i didnt opt for tht Coz my family frnd was not my blood Relation and plus tht wud not show strong home ties ......Plus its not me only who applied with a sponsor ....But thanks for wishing me luck ....No bro my hopes are not at all high, I am concentrating on my job and all ....But i Do have faith in ALLAH ....ALLAH will do the best for me and lyk other ppl i wnt force the issue ...ALLAH ki marzi samjh kay accpet kerlogaa .....Coz har cheez mein ALLAH ki behtri hoti hai ......Tou Dnt worry As im telling you again and again tht I WONT get disheartened jsut lyk tht ......I jsut applied coz i got admission its not a matter of life and death and i also suggest tht you should also Look for other avenues Dan canada !!! I am hell confused at this stage . .

Matric , Inter Commerce and B.com 2 = 14years of Education + ACCA 9 papers Clear giving 3 papers in this Dec attempt

If I go for Bachelors this time they refuse me due to same level of Education . . If I apply for MBA than University wont accept me until I show them 3 or 4 years of Bachelors degree . .

Suggestions ?

Bro I think you should go for advance diploma in Accounting and Finance 3 years @ Seneca College on the base of B.Com ... fill the gap by showing xperience .

If u apply for May 2012 , your minimum Ielts score should be 5.5 , You have time now and i think you can do Ielts now and insha ALLAH it will works. and After reaching there move towards the LSBF for your remaining papers

I am also going to apply for that in Seneca.
