LoL . . what is the minimum fees they required and what is the total fee of your course?

I can't say it properly let's try to build scenario here.

1. If CHC approved you for medical and don't ask you for new LOA than your safe.
2. If they ask you for Deferral letter or requested you to submit new LOA than you can request your College to issue new LOA as CHC asked so. May be at that time they ask you to pay first than they issue so your bound to pay or you can tell them that CHC take alot time to issue Visa in Pakistan so If a send you draft it took a week and than you will issue me new LOA take lots of time as well and I have drop this semester indeed.

* Now it depends what is the style of your college in future .

Wait for the medical first. You have to pay at any cost now it depends on your luck weather CHC ask you to submit or not . .

Still long way to go dude as you can see how much time CHC is taking to issue medical call for Ontario applicants.
