@ ramzero.. can you produce another document, like for example, submission of tuition, any status update, so that you can email/courier them. I've seen this, that if any new additional document is sent, they usually re-study case and for that time, they decide the case.

Jigzyy dude . . I didn't understand some part of your question for example submission of tuition, Status update from courier services? and email/courier to them for what reason?

Additional document(s) required when CHC ask you to send or if you send by your own you can anytime but before the processing time. But whose know what VO is thinking at that time regarding your plans and other things which is unpredictable. If you have any link of such case share it than may be I can conclude some opinion on it.

When ever an applicant apply for visa he/she send forms and documents. After, that a file is generated by CHC ISB under your name which holds all your documents and cross pounding with other information that file content a Number which is known as File Number. After, initial stage ascending your documents your file is send to Visa Officer and he review it. If he is satisfied with your documents he give approval of medical or refusal.
