hey guys can u tell me what forms( from the website cic.gc.ca ) do we have to submit for study permit. I Saw schedule A today on the web and wanted to know is it necessary to fill tat as i remember my adviser did not get it signed from me

I would be suggest you to make prior appointment .. Because in the Fall Semester few of my friends got medical call in the late July and there were no appointment slots available till mid of August, so they have to go to Islamabad from Karachi for medical.

You should take medical appointment by phone of later date .. so that you dont have to wait.
