one of my friend got refused day before yesterday....

he was a college applicant (key to success... i believe)

reason was

1. personal assets
2. home ties
3. you will not leave canada

what is " home ties " ..... we didnt understand can any one please elaborate


he is going to order caips notes..... hopefully early next week
