hE GOT REjected before medical test. He told me reasons were, family ties, personal assets and financial something, and travel history as well.

Hmm... That is strange. Me and my friend recently had our medical exam (3rd and 4th Dec) and we booked our appointments on the phone. They put you on hold quite a lot but you have to keep trying until their representative picks up. By the way, in which city are you residing?

i have applied on 19 november.just received call from tcs to collect passposrt.i will collect it on monday n tensed what it is...medical call or rejection

Chalo yar Allah Karega InshaAllah medical call he hogi. Cuz according to my observations, a quick response is generally a good one. So best of luck.
