You have a big gap in your studies First Choose A university that looks good to you yeah also area where you want to go where you want to study

then after obtaining loa of university think how to cover 4 years gap What you did in that time its a big question for you and you need to cover that and then make a strong sop very strong in which you have tell VO what you did after Your studies why you have gap in your studies

share your whole profile your grades in 12th standard ( Only way for you to get visa is apply in a university and satisfy VO About your gap )
