He is 17 years old. Is he ok to come to canada like this cause i think in pakistan you can make passport in 18 years of age.

If he has his Bay-form, then he is OK to get his passport in any age less than 18 years .... Bay form is, you can say, a Premature National Identity Card (NIC) ....

Many Uni are good the thing is your prime focus should be getting your studies completed !!! Though U should consider going to Manitoba !! or Saskatchewan !!! they both are good province might help you in some way ....

but in Pakistan they r not issuing visas to college applicants easily so i would suggest u to consider university for admission

FSc 78%
SSC 82%
IELTS 7 overall
Experience 4 years (Recent 2 year Oil and Gas, last 2 years EPC)
Please Advise me Following.
1-Is there any GRE requirements for U of Cal admission?
2-Is it mandatory to contact a supervisor even for MEng (Course Based)?
3-What are my chances given the lower percentage in my U.Grad i-e 68.81% :-( ?
4- Please can you share your profile if possible?

Apply in some average university also, sometimes your profile is not bad but competition cause the rejection............
