Can you suggest any particular website, because i was searching online on some websites and the seats available are so expensive even more than 20k.

OneTravel. You'll easily find one for less than 100k. Don't forget to check "I'm flexible +/-3days" and change the flight time to "anytime". When I checked, seats were available for the 6th of September and the price was $989. The airline was Etihad and the route was Islamabad-Abu Dhabi-New York-Toronto.

Got my visa today after almost 32 weeks , visa stamped on 29 Aug.

Last week is going to end before classes..

keep hope you can join late if visa come in next week. many students got visa in first week of sep in previous years. and university cooperate international student arrive late.
