Is there any official word as to why college students have to wait for so long to even get a medical call.... I mean did they make a policy change or something. Can't really comprehend why such SOTELA PAN is being showed by CHC-I towards college applicants.

There is no official word about this delay and don't expect any.

The procedure is the same as that of admission in College.

1. Go to different university websites and find their admission criteria and deadlines.

2. If you meet the admission criteria then go to the admission requirements and find what they need. Universities typically need
a. SOP
b. Letter of Recommendations (LOA) 2 or 3
c. Official transcript and degree
d. Filled applicaiton form
e. Application processing fee (around 100 CAD, may be more)
f. IELTS score (most universities have requirement of 6.5+)

3. Apply online and send the documents via courier.

4. Wait for the decision.

P.S. I think the deadlines for Winter 2013 are over and you have to join from Fall 2013.

Yar can you tell me whether all applications are finalized by CHC-I as they per the date on which they are filed or is it a random process. Plus I am a college applicant and applied 7th June, any chance I would get medical soon ??

The processing time varies case to case. Some cases are finalized sooner than others.
