I returned my passport today. Gerry's asked me to also submit receipt given by IOM office. I wasnt expecting it, so i didnt have any photocopy of it. I submited original one. Would i need the photocopy of the receipt in future?

Got a response yesterday 8th August

They said the following, does any one know what this implies ??

It is a standard reply, which doesn't give any information other than application being in queue. You have to wait.

Check your inbox, I have contacted some travel agents on phone and they all gave me tickets in the end of August but yeah it was a month ago. Availability will be a problem now.

Even you will know the rates (peshawar to ottawa) they offered me at that time Best of Luck buddy.

Yar can you tell me whether all applications are finalized by CHC-I as they per the date on which they are filed or is it a random process. Plus I am a college applicant and applied 7th June, any chance I would get medical soon ??

You have been assigned a file number, which means your case is in Queue and hopefully you will get the medical call....

as u advised before i have contacted many travel agents in peshawar but none of them have confirmed availble slots in end of august and i hav to reach there by end of august for classes..
actually i am wrking in remote area on rig..i cant visit peshawar dat much frequently..if you cn forwd me number of such renowned agents in peshawar..and cn they hold tickt for me as well???as u said i cn hold it for ten days.??

If you are planning to fly to toronto, there are still several seats available at this route......but you need to hurry up a bit!

Is there any official word as to why college students have to wait for so long to even get a medical call.... I mean did they make a policy change or something. Can't really comprehend why such SOTELA PAN is being showed by CHC-I towards college applicants.
