yup yaar he got such a strong course as they need petroleum engineer more then anything else but ..... apney uncle se pese ly k apny account me transfer karwao aur 4 maheeney tak pare rahney do. dont show anything of ur uncle again. apni home ties strong show karo show ur property in Pakistan. uncle ko sponsor show karney ka matlab hai candidate ka family background strong nahi hai they dont have enough money that is why they have asked uncle to sponsor him. remember 175K is very big amount for Pakistanis. but not for US citixenz ur uncle must have family in US and he will be looking for his family.

Arslan is bilkul 110 % right but again ahmed bhai as U done that so don't worry and keep Pray for u and all of us as well.

If your sponsor is your real uncle and prove it from NADRA data that your uncle and your dad is real brother and father is same thats it. As per law, it is allowed.

Come on guyz yar VO ki marzi hay visa day ya na day hope for the best. Uncle ki sponsorship koi itna bara masla nahi hay as per canadian law, your uncle can sponsor you.

Thats why me saying Arsalan bhae kahi yeah bhi nahi likha kay uncle cant sponsor you. So yeah sab hamara apna dar hay and bat yeah hay kay yeah angraiz ko agar law ka hawala dia jaye to trust me VO can not reject your case.

Ahmed bhai you done B.E in Petroleum Engineering with good academic record, so career ke koe waat shat nahi lagtee and you had done ur work with your best effort so I think u should,t double mind, keep faith on ALLAH and Inshallah you will get positive result. May ALLAH help all of us!

no idea where they gone. nobody can predict actually but may be next week with some visas.

yaar ye law e hai jiski waja se wo visa refuse kartey hain. they have solid reasons/rules all the time without these reasons they cant refuse you,these people are very good in paperwork. they do proper paper work before refusing/granting visa, these rules can only be disclosed when someone goes to court against visa refusal. while on webpage they have only showed outlined information, which a common person need to know.

main darta nahi hun mere bahi I am giving the logical reasoning by looking at the behavior of CHC in the previous year.

regian winter session last date 31st july. but their processing time is about 2-4 months.
mostly average time of decision is form 30 -45 days.
