I want to request a correction, my application was filed on 9th of July not 5th of July.....

I had sent the documents by courier on 5th, but they were recieved by chc on the 9th

Don't know new procedure but for DMP

We give original forms
Forms Copies
Passport copies
ID card copies
Pictures

During medical they will see your original passport and return it to you, after medical ask them the slip for the charges paid if you want.

Then you can return your passport.......

They don't stamp the passport.............

Have they sent you some forms with the medical request e.g. Form A and instruction forms.......They check your passport to check your identity........

Sorry to hear bro.........when i see about your rejection i had shocked........and its clearly shown that now chc isb will not give the visa for any college applicant........because your profile is very strong you applied a post graduate program and the college is also good.......IELTS score also good.........so its my request to all college applicant who applied last 2 to 3 month.......withdraw your cases any last of time and apply for university because you will got refusal after a long time.....no doubt that now chc will not give the visa for college applicatn.

I received 3 things with the package;

1- Passport
2- A letter containing instructions (with my name and file number written by pen, not typed)
3- A paper which has info on medical centers in Pakistan and phone numbers (for appointments)

There are no forms for me to fill.....
