But I dont think that it has any thing relevant in that :S .. just two lines are written on that letter ... inam should we emial CHC that we dint received tht letter with our medical request :S ?

I also did nt got any letter,which is ti be sent back,however it is mentioned that when u return ur passport plz give a note that should have ur file number.
