Yar mera aik question hai ..... main na property sale kye hai 1 week pahel us ..... kya 1 week old bnk stat ki base par apply kar sakta ho ya mujhe 3 month wait karna pare ga.......kindly help me out........

1 Put them in your account.
2 Affidavit from parents that this is a gift to you for your studies
3 Show property sale documents in english verified by notary public
4 In SOP make it very clear why you sold land now and tell them rupee devalues alot so that is why you did not sale the land earlier.
5 Also attach a certificate from bank that would state that this money is for your Canada study and stuff.

Just try to make sure that you leave no doubt in VO officer.. Think like a VO and attach documents that would satisfy him.

Go ahead take the risk. InshAllah you would succeed!

You can take a Chance , but it is better to go by rules...........

Four years ago CHC ISB issued visas in 6 weeks! So i think we might get the passports soon! And one more thing, there are rumors that CHC Isb might be shifting to some other country... like CHC Bangladesh is closed and CHC Singapore takes care of the bengali applicants... So thats why they are in a hurry to finish all back logs

In recent years Canadian visa offices have been closed in few countries...........
