no! two guys are there above you going to university and haven't received medicals. and one more thing in my opinion ur case is bit more tricky as you are in Canada so they may take more time in security clearance.
I asked you about the WP. is it guaranteed if u apply for ur wife/fiancee and how much time CHC takes to issue workpermits to spouse/common law partner?

Arslan- Thing is that she has applied as an independent student and we are only engaged not married. ( NIKKAH ) so there is no documentation till now in the embassy that represents her relation with me. so she will be treated same as any one else.

For WP- it usually takes 3 months as some of my friends had been through this process and they got it in that span.

Hey bud where you have applied ? if you are coming in Alberta Province then Avg temp for winter is -22 -25 Deg C. I must say then you would be the happiest person ova here..lolz.

classes are starting from 29 October.

any friend can help me to prepare my strong visa application so i will able to send it to CHC as soon as possible.

my all documents are nearly ready instead of visa application.

if WP is so easy and only takes 3 months then you should go for her WP.

brother the best suggestion I would like to give you is not to file ur visa case on the basis of college admission. try to secure admission in any uni for jan 2013 session. even if you apply they will take about 6 months to respond you so its better to wait and get admission in any uni. then apply.
