Uni of Toronto, Uni of Alberta, Macgill Uni, York Uni, Uni of British Colombia, Uni of Sask, Uni of Waterloo

But on other hand there fees

Toronto and McGill are expensive. I know about Alberta, calgary, waterloo, ottawa etc. they are not expensive. The average fee per year would be around 7k to 8k.

No that is not true. He is just buying time so that you don't bother him till the last 2 weeks.
