Isn't a good idea to also include cell numbers/email addresses in the sheet, so potential applicant can contact the person for information

it's a good idea but some people don't want to disclose there information due to misuse. The best way you can personal massage them and ask for their email id and contact number.

Requirements: Bachelor in Computer/Electrical Engineering

Ielts: 6.5

and other mandatory requirements.

I have 72% marks and got admission.

Normally they take candidates with 70% marks

There are 10 applicants, and only 2 are going to a university uptill now.

CHC cant even handle 10 applicants in two to three months :O

so sadoooo
