I'll Contact College today, Actually my program only starts in September, if not this Sept then September 2013, so my LOA expired today on 15th August,,
As my Orientation starts on 5th Sept and 1 weeks orientation after that on 21st September regular class will start and if I get late 2 week then its ok, no problem as college has provided me schedule completely and said no problem with late Visa,, I'll join this Intake, they will provide me new LOA today updated that Still I have admission and can join this intake clearing CHC..

Just Keep in mind that after your medical CHC will take almost 30 days to issue visa...

They have sent me my Pasport as well as some file for medical but not my documents.. and 1 thing they have written to provide an updated LOA Letter Of Acceptance,,
What does it mean?

Your documents will be sent back to you with your visa. They asked for deferral letter for Winter 2013.

Yes It will take may be more than 1 month, but I have to join thin September, College Admission officer and international Advisr said it ok to join late, I have submitted complete fee of 1 year of comlete program, and I just need to prove that I can join thins intake if College provide me updated LOA for this September or even October..

Khuram: Have u got/done ur medical already??? I havent received any news from them and TCS says " IT Transit". I think I should have sent through Fedex... they are more accurate and reliable.

Rejected! Reason was of inadequate finance for living expenses.

Sorry to hear this. But this is a reason which can be solved easily bu showing more funds. Don't lose hope.

I think running finance is the main problem, and the retirement amount of your father (for which you have showed no proof)............

It looks like they don't accept running finance because 23 lacks with 1 semester fee already paid is handsome amount.

It's okay. When you are done with your medical and send back your passport, then that date will be added to the sheet.

As you intend to join from this September then you have to have your medical ASAP. Your medical on 22nd is way too late arrange it before the eid.
