Don't carry huge cash as there is risk of theft/losing. You can wire transfer your money from Pakistan to your Candian bank account. The money is received in 1-3 days with a charge deduction of almost 25$ via bank or by money changers.

Ya I know that. I am not much interested in immigration. My motivation is good monitory benefits after the degree wether they are in Canada or another country. I also plan to do MBA from Canada after this degree. Let's see...

Do you know wether I can apply for PR after the one year degree and one year work?

Normally good news come after monday, Monday is the first working day of the week so today they will do some processing and then updates will be on their way.

You can pay your fee from here via TT. The receipt can be shown at POE. 3000 CAD is enough to be shown at POE. If you really want to play safe then take your money as a DD and some cash. The upper limit is 10k without declaration higher than that you will have to pay the tax.

Last batch of visas were stamped on Wednesday, this one was stamped on Tuesday. After the visa stamp they release the passports in 2 days.

i applied to chc isl on 30th may . college is stouffville. few days ago I emailed them about the progress of my application and I wasn't expecting any reply from them so quickly (week time) and also within the 11 weeks processing time. but they replied me today and it was kinda automatic reply but my file number was there.
do they reply in a week time and within 11 weeks processing time?

They never replied to My email, emailed them on 17 th July 2012 still no reply...
