there are too many that got running finance and got visa approved ......... There is no way immigration knows it ........ talk to u bank and do it properly ....... you jus hav to show where did money came into ur account from in worst case scenarios ........ which u can do by telling them that u sold some property which in case u did in last years ......... just file don't get too scared of it ....... I have seen people getting approved at 2nd and 3rd attempt .......wen they removed all objections ........

I will tell them that i have got a loan. Still i have to show them that where this loan money came from????

i couldnt understand. What i have heard is that you take the loan and just apply. in loan you dont have to show where this money came from.in simple it is a bank loan

If u show it as loan that is fine .............. u jus hav to show it ......... incase of loan they already know its a loan so no worries ............

why r u saying canada is better. australlia is good especially weather, job opprtunities are more (at least for chemical engineers) pay scale is better then canada, they accept pakistani education menas we dont need to have an australian degree to get a job in australia(I heard it)

hay bro after reading people suggestions here, now am thinking to apply for Simon Fraser University British Columbia... and am rejecting "Conestoga college" opportunity which is in Ontario Province now... i think its a good choice right ?

its good if u apply to BC , Alberta , Saskatchewan , Manitoba .............better than Ontario .........
but its more important that University/ College ur applying to has a program related to ur previous studies .............
University/College has good repute ................
Simon Fraser is a good University

Last time when I asked u guys about my bank statment I think I mistakenly mention that I've 3 million PKR in my Bank account actually I've 3million PKR in my fathers bank account for 2 months (but I don't have my personal bank account) and have solid proof that where did that money came from on ur previous suggestions I decided to File my Visa on coming 10th may without waiting for 4 months bank statement. Now I came across another brother on this website who told me that If I have 3million PKR in my fathers bank account I have to wait for 4 months and then file my Visa. In that case he suggested me to ask university for deferral letter. Would that be okay if I apply now or should I wait for four months in that case I'll be late because my classes are starting at 1st of September 2012. I've got admission in university of Dal housie in Meng Internetworking. Please guys reply as soon as possible I've every document ready to file my visa on 10th of May just need a green signal I'm totally dependent on ur suggestions so please be quick.

I'll appreciate help from anybody in this regard please do suggest.I'll be really thankful. Take care and have a good day.

4 months background is better but not a must requirement ............ Legally immigration officer just want to know that ...... that u did not just put money in ur account for 1 hr to get the bank statement ...........

u don't need to wait ........... never seen some one getting rejected for not having 4 months statement ..... but what u need to do it ........ attach ur fathers bank statement for 4 months .......... and that will show them the transfer that ur Dad is sponsoring u ...........for studies ........... which is fine as immigration already knows that the students who do not earn get sponsorship from parents .........

Remove them from educational documents and removing them is quite easy without causing any damage....................

اسلام آباد… این آر او عمل درآمد کیس کے حوالے سے وزیراعظم گیلانی کے خلاف توہین عدالت کیس کا تفصیلی فیصلہ جاری کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ تفصیلی فیصلہ 77صفتحات پر مبنی ہے جسے بینچ کے سربراہ جسٹس ناصر الملک نے تحریر کیا، اس کے علاوہ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے 6 صفحات کا اضافی نوٹ بھی تحریر کیا ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ 26اپریل کو سات رکنی بینچ نے توہین عدالت کیس میں وزیراعظم یوسف رضا گیلانی کو عدالت برخاست ہونے تک کی سزا سنائی تھی۔ تفصیلی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وزیراعظم نے جان بوجھ کر عدالت کا مذاق اڑایا، عدالتی فیصلوں پر عمل نہیں کیا، توہین عدالت کا ممکن نتیجہ رکنیت سے 5سالہ نا اہلی بھی ہے، اعلیٰ ترین عہیدیدار حکم پر عمل نہیں کرے گا تو سارا عدالتی نظام تباہ ہو جائیگا۔ فیصلے میں مزید کہا گیا کہ نا اہلی سے متعلق وزیراعظم کے وکیل کو معلوم تھا لیکن انہوں نے اس پر ایک لفظ بھی نہیں کہا۔ تفصیلی فیصلے میں آرٹیکل 63ون جی کے ممکنہ اثر کا بھی ذکر کیا گیا ہے۔
