I also it doesnot delay ur process, but what the hell they are doing if they dont have much sophisticated apparatus?
I heard many times that DMPs now IOM send are unable to deduce any result and they ask for re sampling.

Did they inform u by call about ur results?

I gave my medical on 17 july,got 2nd call on 18 july, they took me too agha khan for giving blood sample, they charged me around 1920(agha khan fees)+700(re-test)

did they take u to agha khan the very next day? (18th)

My blood samples were taken in IOM....not agha khan, they said these blood samples will be sent to agha khan for verification

Arslan bhai dont buy PIA, roz roze TV par inki domestic flights rasty may oter jati hay, international flight may pata nahi kia hoga ?

Although the international flights of PIA are very well knowned for quality but it is a fact that whenever an airline is going in loss, the first thing they compromise is safety!

i am trying to avoid PIA myself....

they took two blood samples ,one at IOM and 2nd at agha khan,,which IOM centre you have gone?
the test they took first said they it is not positive nor negative, but the same test I gave back home ( iN FSD on my own-just for satisfaction and it was negattive). lets see what happen

According to information gained from this forum,It changes to in transit after 3 months and eventually it becomes invalid.

i went to KHI IOM....at karsaz
i was also told that my tests showed niether negative nor positive trend....
on my reciept it is written that the tests were taken for VDRL, TPHA, FTA-ABS....i just discussed this with my chacha who is a doctor, he said that none of these tests is for a serious disease like TB, hepatitus etc.....so no need to worry, all simple tests

i was also told that my tests showed niether negative nor positive trend....
on my reciept it is written that the tests were taken for VDRL, TPHA, FTA-ABS....i just discussed this with my chacha who is a doctor, he said that none of these tests is for a serious disease like TB, hepatitus etc.....so no need to worry, all simple tests

brother ,it is for syphilis ,it is sexually transmitted disease(STD) . I was 100% sure I cant have it. they first took only VDRL but some times it results in FALSE POSITIVE,so they need further confirmation. so they again call for blood samples. but one thing is very strange that IOM said my VDRL is unknown but for my own confirmation ,i did VDRL here in fsd but it resulted in negative. I think if u have blv in urself,then it will be cleared as it is STD. and it is the only way for it to be transmitted.

wow! that a lot of luggage allowance! any idea how much weight is allowed on PIA, qatar and emirates?

or is there anyway i can check online?
