I applied with Scan copy of acceptance letter as university sent me Acceptance letter two time through regular mail but I had no luck to receive it ,even I told them to send me letter through courier service and I will pay them but they denied .
Will scan copy be acceptable ?

There are some cases which got visa using scanned copy but it is better to send original.......

Is any one know the service record of TCS. As i have send my documents through TCS couriers. i have applied since 20 Jan 2012. No, reply from CHC. I referred with TCS and they told me that my file is submitted at CHC Islamabad Since 25 JAn 2012.

I wanna know the record and services of TCS. Did any one get VISA through TCS. Did they handle documents securely.

Bhae mje to loa aya hi nahi my college just works through email. No paper works. And loa is verified from the respective college/uni u got admission in. So just print the email attached file of loa and send it to chc.

Go and check with Fedex .... ur delaying ur process by not sending originals .....email CHC or ..... consult with fedex .......... as u might not be the only one who has done this .............. there would be many before u ........... so they would tell u the right procedure ...... if they have any ........... otherwise momi is right u have to wait for the request .........

I went to fedex yesterday with the intention to send my remaining documents. I consulted the fedex personnel, who advised me not to send the documents as there have been cases where additional documents were not traced to the original file (visa) of the applicant by the embassy and hence documents got lost!

he advised me to rather wait for the embassy's request or send the documents in case you get a call for medical (with the passport). I emailed the CHC yesterday explaining my case, to advise me the necessary action.

Btw these chc guys take too long to reply! lets see what happens.....

Yes i received my copy from concordia after 6 weeks as well.....

Yeah,tcs has very good record but only problem is with there tracking system,u cant track after 3 months but its not an issue. I used tcs and submitted my file on 18 june and waiting. Recently wasem ahmed have got visa using tcs.chief also sent his documents using tcs and after withdrawing his application got it back within week .

Recently chemistali got his medical call and with that chc requested him to submit police charactor certificate from UAE as he did not provided it along with application.I would suggest u that wait for medical and then sbmit ur educational documents.

Just for info. I didnt send the following docs;
1- Original transcripts (Attested copies Instead)
2- Previous expired passports (Sent the latest one only)

Brother ,previos passports are very important as they shows ur travel history,now i would recommend u to wait for 15 20 days and then E-mail chc and tell them ur situation and get ur file number(incase u dont get meidcal till that time) and sent these documents along with covering letter.

Yes, a number of students have received their visa previous years, who hired services of TCS. Don't worry you will be fine, the dealy is due to CHC not TCS.

Wait for their email reply in which you will get your file number, Send the documents when you get your file number. However, as per the instruction of updating your file, mentioned on website, you can update the file without your file number while providing some essential details.
