InshaAllah. Waise socha jaye toh college walay bhaiyo k saath kuch zyada hi zyaati horaha hai..

Yeah, waiting this long for medical call is really confidence shaking . I have no doubt in saying that all of them whom I talked to, on this forum, are genuine students yet they are suffering.

When i first joined this forum before applying for the visa, the first depresser i got was to see the situation of the students that were waiting for months...
But with reading posts i got the idea that this bias was only for college students. If the trend continues i am sure that sooner or later
University students might get the same problem. I hope this never happens, but as college students also aim to study there like university students
so it would not be an issue for CHC Isloo to make the visa process near to impossible...

I think your chances are very good! And Wilfred Laurier is a good uni so the uni will not be an issue...

if WP is so easy and only takes 3 months then you should go for her WP.

well now her student visa is in process and we are not married yet. Its a limitation we have to be married before we can apply for WP so if her student visa works out that would be great if not then ill go for it

guys quick question. Is that important to send passport with the application. I just got to know that we didn't send the passport with the initial application but applications does include passport copies. I think they ask for the passport with the medical.

I don't know if its mandatory to send passport initially or not if it is then can i send it now ? and how i can send it as i don't have file number yet .

Please let me know... what should i do now...

It is mandatory to send the passport with the initial application. In immigration cases passport is requested later but in study permit passport should be sent with the application.you can send your passport now but it will be better that if you send it incuding your file number.......... Email CHC and ask them of the File number using your courier receipt number,date of birth , name and passport number. They can send back your application after marking it incomplete...................

Hi all,

I had sent my Canadian Student Visa application on 19th of June, 2012 to CHC Abu Dhabi and today I've received an email from CHC dated 26th of June, 2012 stating the following reasons of refusal

1- You have not satisfied me that you will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:

a) You have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence
b) You have not demonstrated that you or your parents have sufficient income and assets to justify your proposed studies

2- You have not satisfied me that you have sufficient funds for living costs and tuition for your first year of studies, and return transportation without working in Canada because:

a) you or your parents' income and assets are insufficient to support the studies
b) you have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your parents' claimed income and assets
c) you have provided financial documents that I'm unable to verify.

What is your status in Abu Dhabi. If you are not a permanent resident of Abu Dhabi then it will be better if you apply from your home country..........(1a and 1b)
Include the source of income including the tax returns and other documents to justify the income............(2a and 2b)
What type of financial documents you have provided ...............(2c)

Thanks momi for replying I asked query of our member jibz he got refusel i m also in same situation... I will apply in end of this month InshALLAH

i am permanent resident of uae.In Uae your income is tax free i can show business licence of my father.
I have business in pak also im in partner iwith my father business does it shows strong homes tiesin pak and in uae
I have proof income that i sold property but this money in pak can V/o say HOW I VERIFY THIS STATEMNT.
