momi its 4.5 months,are not they enough? I provided 4 months bank statement having $39500 USD along with source of income business ,ntn,bzns bank statement of 1 year having huge transactions,what you say about my funds?

Get a new police certificate, 2 month bank statement is not enough i guess but you can take a chance if the source of income is also shown.
You need not to deposit in your own account just attach the sponsorship docs...........
Tell them every thing true and fair.
Can you tell us tell us the previous rejection reasons...........

you don't need to pay tuition fees before applying for Student Visa. you can only show your solvency through Bank statements, loans from bank and sponsorship letter indicating the current job, position, salary and allowances to confirm you can sustain while studying in Canada.
