i live in canada and trying to settle him here too thats y he applied for diploma

Actually this is a main thing which they note that if a person did his masters in Pakistan which is equivalent to bachelors of canada ...so at least he should have apply for masters in canada or bachelors .......diploma point indicate his settelment option only thats y they keep on delaying or rejection
