than 6 " what it mean.

It means that you can have a score of 6 in individual test section such as reading, writing, listening and speaking but overall IELTS score should be 6.5. Overall score is average of all sections.

No their services are good CHC Dehli average time is 3 weeks and CHC bejing is 4 weeks but the fact is that Pakistani applicants are huge so might not be possible for them to accommodate us.

yEAH I know dehli, Chandigarh and pune all doing their jobs very efficiently. they are handling nepal and bhutan in india as well. I wanted to say chc isb services are very poor so practically they(indian chcs) will not be able to handle Pakistani and afghan candidates with ease. if I am not wrong from 2010 onwards all immigration cases are transferred to Uk not to india (there may be some hidden reasons).
