yes you are right, it requires 6 months bank statement but if you told them the reason and show source of money than it will be OK.specially for uni students,i know many students in this forum and outside who got their visa by just putting money one day before applying

showing uncle as a sponsor is a very bad idea. Oh ok in one case its better if the money has been transferred from his account to yours through a cheque and show the copy of cheque so CHC will confirm the transfer and assess the credibility of sponsorship. in that case you must show his bank account statement as well.
however, if you can't demonstrate the above process then go for property option.

I put my money in the accounts a few months prior and showed sale deed as their source

Guys, can we apply for visa on student loan (RF) ?

NO, you Cannot apply for the visa on the student loan, or any kind of loan. Its accepted for UK student visa not Canadian TRV (STUDY PERMIT).

Incorrect.
Its ok if you can also provide the proof of security (source). People take this option because sometimes they can not show a 4 months statement so they show as proof of financial establishment from pakistan for canada.
It has been discussed many times on this forum.
