Thanks a lot for your reply. Correction here it has changed from NOT APPLICABLE TO current one 1.5 month ago.
As per my agent its IP2, now i am really confused
AOR: 4 SEP
MEP: 7 OCT
BIOMETRIC COMPLETE AND UPDATE: 16 OCT

these are made up terms by forum members to have ideas about the phases but if you call an agent and say IP2 a lot of them will have no idea what you're talking about

This is totally understood, but in our language, as applicants, it just serves as a guide. It is true, ask an agent this and they will not even know what you are talking about.

a not accurate guide, so you can't tell people that something is a false IP2, just saying.

I'm an inland EE PNP applicant too. My AOR date is Nov 15.

One of my colleagues received his EE PNP in 2.5 months (inland applicant).

@dr.josemrod hi,,, I received ADR for Sech A and PCC, on 29 OCT , then my background message changed from ( we are processing ) to ( Your application in progress )... does this means no background check was done, or what does this indicates,. when I called the agent said( Eligibility pass)
AR-March 2019, AOR -May , MP-OCT 2019, Pre arrival -30 OCT

AOR: March 19th, 2019
MEP/Criminality: passed May 4th, 2019
ADR on Dec 3rd: to submit Schedule A/IMM5669 form within 7 days
ADR Submitted: December 8th, status changed to Not Applicable within 24 hours
Got an update: Checked nothing changed, called CIC - Eligibility passed on 9th December
ADR: Not Applicable
Today ADR Status: We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

You are saying your AOR is 15th DEC? Its usually takes 3-5 weeks average to pass medical based on several posts and time tracked.
