Hi all.
My friend applied a refugee claim online thru a friend who claimed to work for a paralegal agency and paid them for service. However I suspect that the application was never sent (thru online) because my friend said that she never actually signed anything on paper. So anybody here who applied for refugee claim Online, did you have to sign anything on paper and then upload it to the Portal, or was there a possibility to sign everything electronically?
