Application score differs from CRS score

Hello,
do you know why my score in application differs from the one in I am getting from online CRS? The real one (in application) is significantly lower ... otherwise, it would'n bother me

What calculator are you using? This one? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

all of them are giving diff results old CRS, new CRS and application ... three different scores
