Application returned

I have made an application for Permanent Residence(Federal Skilled Worker) to " CIC- Canada, Centralized Intake ofice,Attn:SWI-NOC#3131,196George Street ,Sydney,NS,B1P1J3,Canada,on 02-Nov-2010.

Today, I received a letter from, Centralized Intake office, Case Processing Centre stating “due to incomplete documentation the application was returned on 15 November 2010 to your mailing address”. Also, an explanation letter was send along with the application kit.

TILL DATE, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENT PACKET. I had sent some originals like IELTS score card, Wok experience letters and Transcripts ,in my the application kit.

The letter said they are sending the application packet as it was found incomplete.They said it also contained an explanation letter.No fee was deducted.It was sent by normal post.
The letter contained no tracking details for the application package........what i am should do know?

WHAT IS THE GENERAL WAY OF MAILING BY CIC FOR DOCUMENTS KITS-REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER?

CIC mail it by Normal Post, and NOT through courier. we have seen, in some instances it has taken 3 - 4 months to reach the return application to applicants address.

I guess you need to wait a little more. and Inshallah you will receive you return application with all the originals.

May be I a very vague statement of my financial statement?The letter of application was also with the package.

Saket: I am sorry that your application has still not arrived, but being in 3131 should give you some relief that time is on your side. Your package will arrive by regular mail and hopefully you will have it anytime in the next 6 weeks. Until you see what is missing, there are a few things you can do. Your PCC will be out of date for your resubmission so you may consider how long that will take to renew. If you have concerns that your financial docs are not satisfactory, you could spend this time working on them as well. Other than that, socialize, exercise and eat well to reduce your stress, enjoy each day and before you know it you will have the old application and be ready to send off an improved and successful version! All the best.
