I sent my application in September 2014 for NOC 2174.
I am assuming this NOC is capped.
Did any one get the documents returned unprocessed.
When can we expect the documents back. I'll be needing it for EE (IELTS + ECA)

There was no sub-cap for NOC 2174.

How do you know it's been returned if you haven't received it already?

Hi,

I applied under 2174 as well in late August. My application reached CIC on Sept 2nd. It has not been returned, and my back draft has been cashed on Nov 6th.
Where did you get the information that 2174 might be capped?
My understanding is that since 2174 falls under NOC A, there was no cap for it...
