Application returned due to unprovided the IM-5562 in SINP

I would like to get advise that my online status showed that "application returned" b/c I had not provided the form IMM 5562, now what I should do now, please do help me.

they will return the file to your address and will suggest you to complete and submit again. so just wait for your application to be returned to you then complete and submit again.

Hafza_Jad: I am not sure but as far as I recall reading in some forums the application might have to be resubmitted from scratch. Did you travel outside your Home country and did not fill up this form or you did not travel and still needed to fill up this form.

Since U applied on June 12th. The point is that ur processing has not started. They discovered the missing form as at the time of trying to record ur information which is understandably the 1st step of processing. They will send the entire package back to u accompanied with a letter that explains the reason and states that ur information is not yet recorded in their database. Which means u have no record with them yet.
So ur processing will start on the date that they receive and record the re-sent application. This was my experience when I forgot to fill in just a little information in one field of one of the forms.

I would to know again, my consultant has resubmitted may all documents almost 55 days before, but there is no any answer from immg. dept, i would to know the time frame of Immigratin reply, b/c m very much in tensed


Please also tell me, either my case will be start at begning or where it was stoped,

NOTE: MY APPLICATION WAS RETURNED B/C WE COULDNOT SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN TIME.

the processing will start from the day CIC receive complete application. So it will start from the beginning. It shouldn't take 55 days to reach to you. tell your consultant to contact with cic.

I am very much confused either my consultant has resubmited my documents r not....althogh he asked my very confidently by phone call & email,

in this situation, what i should do..can i do email to sask immg dept for update?
