Application returned due to NOC 1122 quota is full

Hi

Did any one of us who applied under NOC 1122 after October 28th 2010 got their applications returned for the reason - NOC 1122 quota is completed?

I had sent in my application on 29th 2010 but not sure whether my application is considered or rejected.

Any news please update here.....

Rejections due to failing completeness check have been known to take up to 3 months to get back (combination of poor Canada post service / customs delays and postal service in the receiving country).

So it may still be a while before anyone failing to make it into the cap hears anything. Could be anywhere from any day now to a month or two's time.

do you have any idea that when this NOC got full i.e 1122 i think t got full in 1st week of November.

I had applied in Nov. 2010 (end) and just 3-4 days ago, I got back my parcel (in Thailand) with all documents in good shape and a humble note from CIC that application is rejected due to CAP got full and now only with an arranged employment, I may become eligible.

I have been very lucky in that case i applied in july under 1122 but i did't submit the ielts so got my applicaton back within 15 days.......

hi...mine was received last oct 28 and i inquired my status dec 27,2010 and they replied that cap was filled up on the same date that they received my application oct 28 up to now i still not receive my package..although i applied as provincial nominee in saskatchewan and fortunately i received an AOR last feb 11, 2011 just keep on trying and we will all succeed..best of luck to everyone...
